COVID-19

We are open as usual. We have introduced new measures to protect our staff and customers, including:

  • strict daily cleaning routines to our office, warehouse and shop in order to reduce the risk to our staff, and ensure there is no further impact to you, our customers.
  • shift work, to minimise the number of staff within the building at any one time, and therefore reduce the risk and protect our employees.
  • stopped all external visitors to the building, though where people are coming in, such as the shop, we are asking them to sanitise before entering the building, as we ourselves are doing as well.
  • implemented a new digital phone system, allowing our customer service team to work from home.

As with any time of uncertainty, there may be some slight delays going through the courier system, but we will do everything within our power to get your order processed and dispatched as normal. Our customer service team is now working from home, so we’ve updated all our help information on our website, to try and answer as many of your questions before you have to get in touch with us.
