How do I return an unwanted item/order? >>
We recommend returning an unwanted item with a trackable service, so you can track the process of your return. Please pack it well, as any damages will have to be claimed with your courier. We will be more than happy to provide images to help you with your claim.
How long do I have to return an item? >>
We have a 60 days returns policy, this means you can return an item if it hasn’t been used and is in a completely resalable condition. Please fill out a contact form so that a unique returns reference can be issued to you.
Are there any products I can’t return? >>
Yes, items that cant be returned are perishable items such as food bags that have been opened already.
How long will it take to process my return? >>
Typically, we aim to complete a return from start to finish within 14 days, though sometimes this can take a little longer in peak season.
Do you refund delivery charges if I return something? >>
If an unwanted product is returned Swell Pets do not cover the cost of this.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund? >>
Yes of course, contact the team via the contact page and an update on your account will be added.
I've received a faulty item, what should I do? >>
You will need to call our team to go over a few trouble shooting questions, if we are unable to diagnose over the phone, we will arrange a collection for a further inspection.
