Terms and Conditions

1. SWELL UK will deliver your goods within 2-5 working days providing they are in stock. If goods are not received within 21 days, contact us direct and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.
2. Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us within 24hours.
3. All orders are available to be tracked online
4. SWELL UK offers a free delivery service within UK mainland subject to the conditions below:
   
   4a. Orders up to £49.99 are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge. Orders over £50.00 are delivered free.
   
   4b. The following UK postcodes AB30-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-50 and ZE will incur an extra delivery charge.
   
   4c. The Isle of Man (IM), Northern Island (BT) and Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) are all subject to additional delivery charges.

6. Swell UK denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
7. Courier companies will attempt to delivery your parcel/s on two occasions (A card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If at this point a delivery cannot be made the parcel/s will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself.

1. If you wish to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of your products please contact us at customerservices@swelluk.com, or tel. 0845 6589 599. Products are to be returned in perfect condition to Swell UK, Unit A3(8) St. Paul's Trading Estate, Copley Mill, Stalybridge , Cheshire, SK15 2QF.
2. The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage. We recommend returning the products by recorded delivery using Parcel Force.
3. Swell UK does not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, but which are not received, unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by carrier is supplied.
4. On safe return of products Swell UK will refund all sums paid by you, less cost of return postage. If a product is damaged or faulty then collection of product will be arranged by Swell UK.
5. Return of goods after 30 days is at our own discretion.
6. Products that carry a manufacturer's guarantee can be returned, if faulty to us for exchange/refund during the warranty period. All products still in guarantee will be tested upon return.
7. Products that are especially made/ordered, perishables i.e. magazines, pond liners, plants, stainless steel products, videos, books etc. cannot be returned for refund unless faulty/damaged.
8. Goods are not allowed to be tried/tested.
9. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In order to apply for credit with able2buy®, you must:

1. Be between 18 and 85 years of age
2. Be either
   -In full time employment (i.e. 16 hours or more per week).
   -Self-employed.
   -Retired and over 50 years of age.
   
3. In receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance.
4. Have been a UK resident for 12 months or more.
5. Be able to make repayments by direct debit.
6. Provide your previous address if you have lived at your current address for less than 3 years.

Advertised Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order.

We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

1. Points can only be used against future orders with Swelluk.com.
2. Points are not available when purchasing through finance, buy now pay later or interest free credit.
3. Points are not transferable through accounts.
4. Points are not redeemable against cash.
5. Orders placed over the telephone are not applicable for the Points Saver Scheme.

For the Price Match to apply the following rules apply:

1. The product must be in stock, brand new and boxed, not on sale, clearance, damaged, shop soiled or an auction formatted offer. Items sold on eBay will not be price matched.
2. The product price must include any surcharges ie. postage and packaging, VAT etc..
3. A link to the competitors product page must be provided.
4. We cannot offer finance, buy now pay later or interest free credit on price matched items.
5. We must be able to verify our competitors price.
6. You must have requested the Price Match and have your request excepted and confirmed by us via email, before placing your order on the telephone.
7. Please note: Price Matches cannot be made after an order has been processed.
