Ciano Replacement Foam

The Replacement Foam for the Ciano Internal filters, including the CF Filter Range. These filter foams provide efficient mechanical filtration within your Ciano filter, and should be used daily within the filter to remove impurities. This acts by physically retaining particles within the water, including organic matter, preventing them from affecting the water quality.

These are a 30PPI density of foam, which provides a better relationship between water flow and particle retention, and should last for 90 days before needing replacing. If you sign up to the Ciano App, you can get reminders for when the aspects of your filter need replacing, so you know your filter is always working at its' very best.

There is also replacement Coarse Foam and Water Pads for the CFBIO XL, providing you with an extra fine layer from the Water Pad, ideally for trapping micro particles and leaving water clearer, whilst the Coarse Foam collects larger particles through mechanical filtration, ensuring your water is as clean as possible! These can be used daily, and go alongside the standard Foam.
