What are the benefits of ProRep Hemp Bedding?
ProRep Hemp bedding is a fantastic choice to use in your enclosure. The substrate is a neutral colour, so will fit in well no matter the style of your enclosure. This substrate is available in 3 different sizes, so you can save money and stock up by purchasing the larger size, or try out a smaller size first to see if it is right for you and your reptile. As this substrate is odourless, you won't have to worry about any strong, earthy scents, and this product is also dust free, to prevent unnecessary mess and reduce hassle from having to clean dust particles that may escape.
Directions for use: This substrate should be spread evenly over the bottom of your enclosure, at a depth of 1-2 inches (2.5-5cm) or more. This substrate needs to be replaced completely every 2-3 weeks, potentially more frequently if you notice it has become wet or heavily soiled, and spot-cleaning needs to be done daily. If you are using an under-tank heat mat as your source of heat, don't use a thick layer of this bedding, as it could potentially cause the heat mat to overheat, and it is recommended to refer to the heat mat manufacturer's instructions for more information before use.
